🎮 From the Beginning – An Undying Passion for Retro Gaming

Born from childhood memories and unforgettable gaming sessions, Tressie Retro-Games is first and foremost a passionate adventure. Since I was a little girl, my love for vintage consoles and cult games has never left me.

📦 July 1, 2022 – Launch of Professional Activity

After years of hunting for and restoring consoles for fun, Tressie Retro-Games became a real professional activity. The goal is simple: to give retro consoles a second life and share them with other enthusiasts.

👨‍👩‍👦 A Family Adventure Above All

My biggest motivation is my son Élyam, to whom I want to pass on this passion. And I wouldn't be here without the invaluable support of my partner Kevin, who helps me immensely every day in this adventure.

🌐 From the Start – A 100% Connected Shop

From the very first days, sales were primarily online. Thanks to platforms like Leboncoin and Vinted, hundreds of satisfied customers have been able to find their favorite games or discover forgotten gems.

🏠 2024 – Opening of a Dedicated Premises

To meet growing demand, a physical location opens its doors by appointment in Marlioz. A place to chat, test, and relive the magic of retro.

🛍️ 2025 – Launch of the Official Tressie Retro-Games Website

With the same passion and desire to go further, the website is launched to offer a clear, practical space that is true to the retro spirit. Games, consoles, accessories… everything is there, for the curious as well as collectors.

What are the shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of payment receipt.

We always do our best to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible!

What are the available delivery methods?

We mainly use:

📮 Tracked letter for small items like individual games.

📦 Mondial Relay for consoles, bundles, or larger items.

📬 Other carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.) upon request: contact us before ordering.

For the moment, Tressie Retro-Games only ships to mainland France.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

You can track its progress in real time via the website of the carrier used (Lettre Suivie, Mondial Relay, etc.).

Can I choose a different delivery method?

Yes! If you prefer home delivery, another carrier, or a specific schedule, please contact us before placing your order.

We do our best to adapt to your needs 😊

What to do if my package is damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package if possible.

We will file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Are the games tested? Do they all work?

Yes! All our games are carefully tested before being put on sale, unless they are still sealed.

We also check the condition of the cases and discs/cartridges. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for:

• New (sealed) games that have been opened.

• Personalized or sale items.

Can I group multiple items into one order?

Of course! If you wish to purchase multiple games or accessories, you can add them to your cart and order them together.

We will automatically adjust the shipping costs. And for any special requests or custom bundles, please feel free to contact us.

Do you buy back consoles or games?

Yes, Tressie Rétro-Games buys back certain retro consoles, games, or accessories.

Are some items restored?

Yes, some old consoles or accessories are carefully cleaned, repaired, and tested before being put back on sale.

We always mention their condition and any interventions in the ad.

How to tell if a game is complete (with manual)?

We always specify in the description whether the game is complete or not, i.e., with its original box, manual, and disc/cartridge.
