Pickup at over 7,000 relay points in France (local shops, tobacco shops, etc.). You receive a notification as soon as your package is available.


⏱ Preparation Times

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment validation (excluding weekends and public holidays). A confirmation email including your tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

The total receipt time corresponds to the preparation time + the chosen carrier's shipping time.


↩️ Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at tressie.retrogames@gmail.com within the 14-day period, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return shipping costs are at your expense in case of a simple change of mind.
  3. The item must be returned in its original condition, complete (box, manual, accessories if applicable), in suitable protective packaging.
  4. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return, via the same payment method used during the purchase.

🔧 Defective or Non-compliant Item

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or not compliant with your order, contact us immediately at tressie.retrogames@gmail.com specifying:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem found
  • Photos if possible

In this case, return shipping costs are at our expense and we will together find the best solution: exchange, credit, or full refund.

The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) applies to all our products.

What are the shipping times?

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

You can track its progress in real time via the website of the carrier used (Lettre Suivie, Mondial Relay, etc.).

Can I choose a different delivery method?

Yes! If you prefer home delivery, another carrier, or a specific schedule, please contact us before placing your order.

What to do if my package is damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package if possible.

We will file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Are the games tested? Do they all work?

Yes! All our games are carefully tested before being put on sale, unless they are still sealed.

We also check the condition of the cases and discs/cartridges. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for:

• New (sealed) games that have been opened.

• Personalized or sale items.

Can I group multiple items into one order?

Of course! If you wish to purchase multiple games or accessories, you can add them to your cart and order them together.

We will automatically adjust the shipping costs. And for any special requests or custom bundles, please feel free to contact us.

Do you buy back consoles or games?

Yes, Tressie Rétro-Games buys back certain retro consoles, games, or accessories.

Are some items restored?

Yes, some old consoles or accessories are carefully cleaned, repaired, and tested before being put back on sale.

We always mention their condition and any interventions in the ad.

How to tell if a game is complete (with manual)?

We always specify in the description whether the game is complete or not, i.e., with its original box, manual, and disc/cartridge.

Yes, we can help you find a specific retro game if we don't currently have it in stock.
